Fulfillment & Refund Policy

Delivery of Services:

Janis Media provides digital services such as SEO, web design, and digital strategy. Upon purchase, we begin onboarding and service setup within 1–2 business days. Timelines vary based on scope and deliverables.

Refund Policy:

Due to the custom nature of our services, all sales are final once work begins. If a project has not started, refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase. We may, at our discretion, issue partial refunds for unfulfilled service portions.

Recurring Services:

For subscriptions or retainers, cancellations must be submitted in writing 48 hours before the next billing cycle. Canceled services will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
